Faac 455 beginner help please

hi

I have recently brought a property in France which has an FAAC 455 gate system installed which isn’t working and I am trying to trouble what the issue might be.  I have power to the board and have the tree lines displayed. I have 240V to the main input contacts but no power to the gates or on the contacts for the gates 1 to 6.  

I have no manual so don’t know how to manually set the gates to open to see if the gates even function.

Can anyone advise what I can set on the Board to manually control the gates so I can at least see if the gates function once power is delivered?

Both fuses on the board seem OK and I have voltage to the receiver board but the remote supplied does nothing.

hi. update to this. I have found how jumper across 9 and 14 to manually open the gates and the gates work which points it towards being the receiver or remote controls. The plug in module for the receiver doesn’t seem to do anything when I press the learning button so I’m wondering if it is this that is non functional. If anyone has any ideas of how I could troubleshoot this further to narrow down the issue more I would be very greatful. thanks

What i would do is take out all of the cabling and just leave the motors in. then i would recommend doing a position search (into basic learning then initiate time learning.) once the gate is fully operational i would reintroduce each input such as photocells and command inputs one by one just to make sure there are no faults on those circuits.
