Holding the Gate Open

I can no longer hold my gate open, hoping someone might be able to tell me what I need to do to fix this?

Previously, to hold the gate open I would go through this sequence:

- open gate using remote
- start gate closing using remote
- immediately push remote button again 

Gate would then lock in position and not close until I pushed the remote again.

However when I do this sequence now the gate simply stays open for the normal set opening time and then closes.

I'm wondering how do I get back to the mode where the gate can be kept open?

Hi Michael,

the remote may need to be deleted and reprogrammed into the receiver in mode one, shown in the below link.
