Mhouse WS2 Gates not closing together

Since storm Eunice battered the gates, they will not close together first time.  

They appear to close and then a second or 2 later, they start to open again. If you stop them mid re-opening and close them again, they close on the second attempt but do not sit 100% level together as they used to. 

How do I re-synch them so they close together the first time?

Hi Paul,

1, Press and hold P2 & P3 together until STOP LED goes out (Resetting back to factory default)

2, Press and hold P2 for 3 seconds and release (Learning connected devices, Bus search)

3 When P3 start to flash, press and hold P3 until motor gate starts to move then release (Position search, learning of the opening and closing cycles)
