BFT Error 35 & 37 Not opening fully - SOLVED

Hi,

HAve a DEIMOS ULTRA BT A600. Gate wont open fully.

Error 35 & 37 popping up - cant find out what it is.

Also a photocell has been hit recently ( can here relay working and gate working as expected when the cell is covered)

Any advice welcome!

are you sure that was error 35/37 or Er 3H ?

did you try to open the gates manualy ?

Please see below the error codes.
Error code 35 - Opening obstacle motor 1
Error code 37 - Slowdown opening obstacle detection motor 1
I would check that there is nothing which could be causing an obstacle and check that the gate moves freely without any resistance spots, hope this helps.

Thanks for the codes

Ill have a look to see if anything is causing resistance ( this does corroborate with the display showing a higher load on the motor than the other leafs motor - which isn't presenting any error codes either)

All sorted gents.

Found debris underneath the guide rail, stopping the guide wheels passing by.

Once removed, gate runs smoothly!
