Nice Mindy - One gate doesn't open

I fitted a set of gates using the Nice Mindy control box. Client has come back staying that every now and then 1 of the gates doesn't open until you enter the code or press the button a 2nd time. Any help is much appreciated

Hi,
If this is happen occasionally you may find this is a capacitor issue (White cyclinder wired across motor terminals) The aim of the capacitor is to store power to give a boost to the motor to get them moving. If this is not storing power correctly then occasionally the motor will not move. Eventually this will permanently stop operating. |
