hi my BX-B is clicking on the press of the remote but not engaging the motor so the gate isnt opening any advice

Thank you for your message.

Could you please take the cover off the sliding gate motor and let us know what panel you have?
Furthermore, on your panel is there an LCD display that is coming up with a message? This could be a fault code that is preventing your motor from opening.
