FAAC 740 Sliding gate Just closes or Stops

Hi guys, would you have any advice for this fault I am currently having....

- Turn the power on to the FAAC 740 Sliding gate
- Press FAAC remote and the gates starts to close
- Press FAAC remote again and the gate stops in that position.
- Press FAAC remote and the gates starts to close
- Press FAAC remote again and the gate stops in that position.

This continues until the gate is fully closed and will not open.

The system is probably around 12 years old now but hoping someone may be able to shed some light on it.

Hi Paul,

The remotes are configured as SBS meaning step by step.
