Auto close and hold open

Hi,

I have Robus 400 with remote configured to auto close after 30s and I have a era wireless keypad which I want tradesmen to be able use to bring their vans into the drive.  

So I want the keypad to issue an open command that doesn't auto close.  Is this possible?

Hi Ken,

thanks for the message,

unfortunately not as once the auto close function has been activated regardless of what mode the remote/keypad is programmed into it will auto close im afraid, my only recommendation is to program the mode into a step by step function and as the gate is about to reach the fully open limit press the button again/type the code in again, this intern would issue a stop command preventing the gate from automatically closing.
