Hi Daniel,

Thank you for your enquiry, we would expect to achieve 20 meters range from a transmitter and receiver for a gate system as long as there is no interference in the area. If you needed to trigger the gates from a greater distance i would advise you to use a GSM controller which would enable you to dial to open off a mobile phone or use an app to trigger the gates however i wouldn't advise you to do this while driving.
