If this is happen occasionally you may find this is a capacitor issue (White cyclinder wired across motor terminals) The aim of the capacitor is to store power to give a boost to the motor to get them moving. If this is not storing power correctly then occasionally the motor will not move. Eventually this will permanently stop operating.
