NICE Toona Ram Problem

Good morning folks,

I hope you may be able to help me with a gate problem I have.

I have a pair of driveway gates operated by NICE Toona rams and one gate opens but doesn't stop and reaches its return point and causes both gates to close. When this problem appeared I was going to unlock the gates and leave them open but discovered the gate with the opening problem wouldn't unlock and the "clutch or differential" between the motor worm and drive worm is seized and won't release/decouple.

I'd like to know where I can get a replacement part so as to at least be able to use the unlock facility and open the gate if need be? I guess the second question is, is this likely to be the cause of the gate travel to the end stop problem I have in your experience?

Under the ram itself is the mechanical stop still in place? this may have moved and may need re programming.
