Nice HS400

I have a customer with a Nice HS400 lately the hs400 moves forward till the stop and you can hear the relay click but the gate will not go back is the control board bad or is there another issue with something else in the motor the Control board model is an RBA3HS can someone help any help would be greatly appreciated.
