If you can hear the motor humming, it may just be the capacitor which has failed. Try swapping the capacitor over from the working motor to the non working motor and see if the problem switches. If so then you just need to check the size and replace accordingly. Alternatively if this fails, I should try swapping the motor outputs on the control panel to see if the problem sticks with the same motor. if it moves to the other motor, then it will indicate a problem with the control panel.
