Beninca motors and Control unit - sergomes - 04-01-2014
Hello,
If possible i need some help about a problem that i have with a Beninca motor (MCD DU30 SX 1400G) and control unit(Beninca Head).
The problem is that sometimes one of the motors doesn´t run in spite of the fact i hear the motor running the gate doesn´t open. I had a problem with the mounting plate where the motor is attach. This plate was warped but i repaired it. I think maybe is necessary to program the position of the end and start of the motor maybe i don´t know. Can you help me about this problem? Thank you so much

If you can hear the motor humming, it may just be the capacitor which has failed. Try swapping the capacitor over from the working motor to the non working motor and see if the problem switches. If so then you just need to check the size and replace accordingly. Alternatively if this fails, I should try swapping the motor outputs on the control panel to see if the problem sticks with the same motor. if it moves to the other motor, then it will indicate a problem with the control panel.

1)if any one hit your gate by car or use force to open it manually ,the plastic bolt which is fixed to lead screw could get broken . that only suggestion.
2)size of the capacitor 10 mf.
3)use your service key and try manually open your gate to max. if you gona have some problem like resistance at the time of opening ,probably operator is crooked from hiting. use spirit level.
