Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1 video intercom to Nice Robus 600 gate motor help

Hi Joe,

Many thanks for your and Sams help and apologies for any confusion.

I would like the gate to open which it currently does via my Hik-connect app and the indoor door station.
Connected via No and Com ( Outdoor doorstation) to Robus 600 (Sbs).

The robus remote does the same function. When i press the button the gate opens and if i press it again the gate closes.

The following is what I would like it to do in addtion to the above.

I would like to be able to close the gate via the Hik-connect app and the indoor station.

Currently what happens is that the gate attempts to close (when fully open) but it only moves the gate say 1m then it reopens. This is when I press the same button on my app which causes the gate to close.

Appreciate any advice.

NB: I am not sure if this has got anything to do with it but at the moment, when I press the 2nd button on the Robus remote fob, the gate gives a 1m opening. (Pedesterian access). I dont really need this function but I was asking if you thought this could be a problem.

Thank you for coming back to us on this.

I would try firstly getting the fault to occur again, as soon as the fault occurs due to it being a time sensitive thing have a look at the control board inside your motor.
There will be a terminal block labelled as BUS, BlueBus or ECSBUS. Behind that terminal there will be an LED flashing, under fault conditions the LED will flash a certain amount of times and pause for one second, could you let me know how many times your LED flashes as this could give us some indication of what the panel may be suggesting the fault is.
