Help on Loss of Motor Powering Up

Hi,

If the motor is humming, I would check the manual release to the gate/motor. You should not be able to move the gate manually.

It would be worth checking this fuse as this is for the control panel, but I do not think this is going to be the issue. To remove the fuse you would just use a small flathead and turn it in the groove anti clockwise.

I would also check the BLUEBUS LED when this fault occurs. This is because when a fault is present this LED will flash multiple time then pause indicating a fault in the manual.
