Thank you for clarifying that with my colleague.
ERF1 basically means that the limit switches were not released after the start of the manoeuvre.
Here are a few things that could of caused this.
- Both limit switches shown an open contact.
- Hardware failure of limit switch inputs circuit.
- Contact of the last limit switch detected has not close after a start command.
- Released motor
- Hardware failure of limit switch inputs circuit
A couple of things to try would be the following.
- Check limit switches wiring and/or contacts or motor
- Release and unrelease the motor
- Reparation: input circuit components replacement
