Hi Dantay,
First of all, I would get this fault to happen again and following this, have a look at the BUS LED which is a diagnostic. You would need to count how many flashes there is before there is a pause, you can then refer to the diagnostic codes in the manual or you can let me know. If the LED is flashing once per second, this indicates no issue.
To test without photocells you would need to remove the cables going into CLOSE and put a link between those two terminals in CLOSE.
