if you have 2 photocells can you confirm the model as Came supply different types of photocells that utilise different technology. have you tried Came Technical support team?

They look very like Came DIR10 10m Photocells.
No I've not yet approached Came directly.
(The one in the picture is working btw, it's the other pair that isn't and I suspect wiring/setup)
