ZLJ24 Reversed

Hi

I've just replaced a FROG 24E motor that was sticking and broken - The new motor seems to be reversed - Nothing changed except installed new motor in the same way in the case.

It basically reversed the Auto Close - Opens the gate! 

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Thanks for the message.

I believe your issue is related to the polarity on your motor. The issue can be rectified by simply reversing the directional motor connections.
