There are two likely explanations for your issue, one could be if this is a 230v system it could be that the capacitor is on its way out and would likely need replacing, a way of testing this would be to switch over the capacitor and test the motor to see if the fault persists, another plausible issue could be that the motor force on this leaf is not set high enough.

Thanks Joe. It is a 240 system. I havnt changed the motor force setting and has been the same for years and has work faultlessly. I reckon it must be the capacitor. Many thanks for your help. Matty
