Help!!!! GSM intercom how do you open gates!?

Hi guys we’ve had such difficulty setting these games up from wrong cables to wrong SIM cards etc!!!!
Right so the intercom system we have had a SIM card I’ve programmed the SIM card with the correct phone numbers etc, finally can press intercom button an dny phone rings... but how the hell do i open the gates from the phonecall?? It says press 11 or 21 on the phone pad which I have and nothing!? Please someone help!!!

I may be able to help, the problem may be that the cables from the intercom to the gate are not connected properly. What system do you have both intercom and gate brands/models will be required.
