SWG 0366 Control Board - functions
#1
I have a SWG 0366 control box I am looking for a guide on the settings as I have moved from a single LYN 400 gate system to dual LYN 400, which is the M1 gate relate to where you wire it in ?
and when using the wing delay function which gate does it delay?
Plus when running how do I stop the motors pulling the gate to tight against the stop post as it is pulling the wooden gates out of shape.
I also need a guide to what the functions do ie Wing open and close
Pause, Force M1 and Force M2.
Does the force control the force at it opend the gat but also pushes it against the post?

Sorry I have some many questions I hope somebody can help me.

Thanks

Hi, The SWG-0366 Is the Liftmaster CB1 Control board.

Pins 6,7,8 are for motor 1 and 9,10,11 are for motor 2, these will be marked op com and cl. the brown should go into op, the blue should go into com and the black should go into cl.

the capacatior should go across the op and the cl for both motors.

Motor 1 always opens first closes last. The wing delay function is the delay after the 1st motor starts opening til the second motor starts opening and the same for closing.

The forces are how much power are going to each motor. if you reduce these your motors will have less power. You should set these lower if they are damaging your stops.

You can set how far you want the gates to open to by adjusting the runtime, this is labeled OPEN-CLOSED. Turn this to 0 and then increase it bit by bit until they open fully and close fully but dont over run for too long.

They gates should hit the ground stops and run for 1 extra second.

I have attached the CB1 instructions for your reference.

Hope this helps

Regards

Just to clear things up. for "0" or "Min" settings on all Potentiometers you have to turn them Anti-Clockwise fully.
