Rigel 5 , gates won't open

I wonder if anybody out there has any idea what could be my problem?
I have two leaf gates controlled by hydrolic rams and a Rigel5 controller.
A fuse tripped on the mains and when it was flicked back the gates didn't work.
The board was dead until I replaced a blown fuse on the Rigel5 board f1 the one nearest where the mains comes in, the other fuse f2 was ok.
Now the board has power the led lights and the display is active.
When I press the button in the house or press the remote to close the gates they still don't work, however the solinoid k7 clicks and strE is displayed on the LCD.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello, I have a similar problem.

Initially the same fuse blown and I was told the left ORO operator was defective indeed a new fuse blown when that start to move. I changed a new left Oro operator but now the right operator can only open but does not close.

I then undone all the terminals with its capacitor and rewired them by swapping the left and right operators-- now the left new operator (connected to motor 2 terminals 7-8-9 and capacitor to 8-15) cannot close. While the old right operator connector to motor 1 terminals is working properly. Therefore the fault is not the old operator itself.

I then bought a new capacitor to replace but still not working. Therefore I conclude something not working from terminal 7-8-9 but during closing only.

Can this be fixed? Programming problem? Hardware problem?
