ZM3E underground loop problem

Afternoon..

 We have had a strange problem, if a car is going towards the gate and we press to open, when the car gets to the underground loop (auto open) the gate shuts and will not open till the car reverse off the loop.. to get out we need to use the loop...how can I adjust this  ?

Thank you for your enquiry,

Could you verify where the loop is wired into on your gate control panel, it sounds like it may be wired into 2 and 7 but in this case I would try terminals 2 and 3 which is an open only command.

Hi Ben, 

 On looking at the board i see all wires going into 2 and 7. i will find the right loop wire and try number 3..
