MHouse Sl1 does not open

Hi guys,
Hoping for some before I rip the gate out and go purchase a new unit...
Sl1 works for a few days following adjustment of angle of gate from motor. Then all of a sudden the gate starts to open then stops giving 3 flashes pause the 3 flashes... From the manual it indicates excesive friction, however no issue can be found on the gate sliders or route. I've reduced the speed of the gate but  issues still remains.
I noticed in the manual i can change motor load, though to increase to help overcome friction, but umfortuanetly do not have the original remote to use the buttons as per manual.
Any help would be appreciated...

Hi,

To increase the force the remote is required I am afraid. you do not need the original remote however, you do need a remote.
