I have finally finished building and installing my sliding gate, using Liftmaster sly500 24v and CB224 board (inc wireless card)
Have wired it all up and followed the instructions for 1st use. However i get an error on the LED screen says:
"Mode 1 Closed, Pulsing PE error"
The pe cells work, ie constant leds in each cell and they blink if blocked.
Also the led on control board blinks when pe blocked.
I have double checked all wiring, even attached teh transformer to a seperate mains cable to rule out interference from the mains.
Limit sensors work correctly, ie in closed position, Led L1 is on, Led L2 is off.
Led L3 stays on red permanently which does not look right according to manual.
The pe's are connected both +ves to terminal 11, both -ve to common 10.
Also terminals 10 to 12 bridged (as only one set pe in use)
Also terminals 13 to 16 bridged.
What am i doing wrong? or is the board or pe faulty ?
Forgot led L7 is also off ? it should be on (lock control)
