cant get my panel to work ,got 24 v at term 17 and 18 and got ok led flashing, also NC leds on,but motors will not move.Tried linking out terminals 18 and 24 to over ride photo circuits but still motors wont move.anybody got any ideas please ???

Make sure you have Pins 20 and 22 linked out for the stop connections
