Hoping someone can help.
Moved into a house about a year ago which has faac gates with Daitem D5131GB handsets. The handsets have never been able to open the gates so we have to use the remotes (faac 868SLH DL4).
I think the control panel is a Daitem D5270 but it has no numbers or markings on there to help.
Today the gates opened by themselves and have just stayed open. I've checked the IR sensors and cleaned the lenses and flipped the switch on the fuses off and on in the hope of resetting but no joy.
I was hoping for advice on getting the gates to close and also what could i upgrade the system to. The garage door also works off the remotes but not the phone.
