Ducati gate opener transmitter

I have the Ducati 300mm gate opener and have 1 transmitter that does not activate the reciever. the battery is new and the led lights up and flickers but gate does not open. The instructions suck for reseting code into transmitter. Can anyone help me with easy instructions on how to reset transmitter code back to factory setting? Thank you!!!

Hi, Normally there is a program button on the main board. Press the program button and then your transmitter button. If that will not work your remote may have DIP switches inside ( a row of around 10 switches) if so you will need to match the switches in the remote to the ones on the board.
