Beninca motor capacitor ?

Hi
For Beninca swing gate's - i have diagnosed 1 of the 2 capacitors to be the problem. switched the capacitor in between - the 2 doors are function good.
capacitor type:
ARCOTRONICS ; 1.27.6SAA MKP ; 9microF ; 450V ;50Hz
attached image.
I have try using fan 10microF capacitor - it do not works and motor "hamming"

My Q:
1. is it start or run capacitor
2. is there a difference in capacitors run or start.
3. can you recommend replacement capacitor ?
