Hello,
I have a CB24 with dual LYN400 arms which stopped working. I have reprogram the system several times (even powering off the whole system) but the arms do not move when the remote fob is pressed or the single button. However, they do work when setting the open and close limits.
When the fob is pressed you can hear the relays click but nothing happens.
Any suggestions? I recently had a similar issue and an engineer replaced the backup batteries which seemed to work for a week or so but now it's stopped again.
