Help I
Im going mad! I successfully installed a CB24 connected to a pair of Liftmaster 400 arms that I bought from you & its been working perfectly for 4 years, but a week ago when I pressed any of the openers (remotes, code panel, manual switch or the 'press once' switch inside the control box) the arms start running then quickly stop and reverse for an inch.
I tried disconnecting each arm in turn and the same thing happened - the arm that remained connected moved 2 inches, then reversed for an inch.
Last night I tried taking the arm thats furthest away from the control panel and connecting it directly into the box suspecting that maybe a wire was corroded, but still got the same problem.
So, last ditch attempt to try and work out what was going on, I disconnected one of the arms (the one furthest from the box) and then set the dip switches to 'single gate'. I re-set the opening and closing range of the remaining arm (I had tried to do this with both arms connected with no success) and hey-presto, the single gate opens and closes as normal.
So, Im confused... I guess the only thing left for me to try is to wire in the disconnected arm into the control panel for the arm I know is working to fully rule-out a problem with the arm, but suspect it will work fine. Other than that, Im stumped. Any help really gratefully received!!!
Thanks
