Gates tripped
#1
My gates have been tripping every few days but now they can't be reset, I have a CAME ZA3 control box with an added vehicle loop reset box.

The two sensors work at the back of the gates as waving a hand in front of them causes a light to flash on the PCB board, I have disconnected the wires going to the loop in front of the gates just to check if it's a loop fault but I still can't do a reset, I have had the PCB board off to check for slugs etc at the back, I have changed the motor caps and the three fuses are ok.

I have 240v going into the PCB

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve just checked the sensors, one is getting 24v the other 0, I’ve checked the wiring from the PCB board to the sensor for any breaks and it’s ok, however, the powered sensor has power from terminal 10 the dead one from 2 and with a green return, the wiring hasn’t been changed, I’m guessing that the two sensors should have constant power?
If so, does this mean that the PCB board has fails, any help please.

Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Yes that is correct you should have constant voltage at both of the photocells as one will be the receiver and one be the transmitter if either of these are not powered, the system will not function.

Usually when the gates trip the RCD there is a short between live and earth, this could potentially be a motor issue. I have had the issue before where a motor is causing the same type of fault, I would recommend testing the motor individually in the board first and seeing if you can get the fault to reoccur with one of the motors.

Many thanks

Ben

Thanks for your reply, I have done a motor test, with the test wire to, if I remember right terminal 3 and both motors work ok, I have 24v on the terminal going to one sensor, the power to sensor 2 is from a different terminal and there's no voltage.

There are four forces that aerospace engineers consider when designing an airplane: weight, thrust, drag and lift. Engineers use these forces to help design the shape of the airplane, the size of the wings, and figure out how many passengers the airplane can carry.

Skydiving photographer/videographer: Most modern skydiving organizations will have at least one. Being a dedicated skydiving photographer is a thrilling and rewarding job; you get to make skydives while also being creative.

Legendary , Iconic and Mythic skins change, either partially or totally, the model of the Legend or the weapon. They may also present dynamic sections similarly to epic skins along with the model change.

Similarly, to vomiting, it really isn’t that common to pass out when skydiving.

From exiting the plane at 14000 feet to landing on the ground, it takes between 5 minutes and 55 seconds to 7 minutes and 55 seconds. The time depends highly on when you open the parachute, the weight of the jumpers, and the weather conditions for that day.

https://telegra.ph/Taking-the-Plunge-Minimum-Age-Requirements-for-Skydiving-05-01

So how do you decide what’s the best age for you to go skydiving? The best way to find out is to talk to an experienced skydiver and find out their minimum age.

Returning to duty: In the event that a pilot was removed from active duty due to a positive drug test, they would also have to take (and pass) a drug test before being able to fly upon their return. For obvious reasons, the FAA wants to verify that a pilot with a previous history of drug use is now completely drug free before allowing them to fly again.

You’re more likely to burn more calories if you have more weight than your friend or partner who has less weight. This is because a larger body creates more surface area and drag resistance in the water, so you’ll need more energy to push through the resistance. This then increases your heart rate and of course, higher caloric use.

Where is the company based out of? As you read in the previous section, popular tourist destinations almost always raise the price of skydiving and other local attractions. You might find a better deal near a small airstrip than you would near Los Angeles or Las Vegas.

A big difference in skydiving experience has to do with the altitude of the jump. The standard altitude for a sport tandem skydive is from 12,500ft (about 2.4 miles) above ground level. This means about 50 seconds of freefall before deploying your parachute. If you’re looking for even more excitement, look for a dropzone that offers a “High Altitude” option. For example, a 17,500ft high altitude skydive can offer up to 80 seconds of adrenaline-filled freefall.
