Came BX74-78

We have one of these, its getting mains and ive tried the ch1 with new came remote, this gate hasn't been used for a while. 
it seems to marry up but nothing happening no click or motor movement. its on the free mode will this disengage the motor power as i thought youd still hear motor moving. 

any help would be great, im goign to be working away and id liek it working before i go and make sure wife and kids are safe

Hi,

the radio receiver may have faulted i would recommend shorting the command inputs if the gates respond i would recommend replacing the receiver card
