I am an electrician and recently replaced 2 Came linear rams to double gates, i think they are the ATI-P range and i believe its the ZA3-1 controller (customer had bought the rams) the controller is existing. We also had to do some welding & alterations to the gates and brackets
Nothing has been touched in the controller. They were set to open on activation of a remote control and close automatically via the timer circuit. I cant get the gates to open and close together (one open , one closed etc) They both open the same way , i dont believe they are wired wrong. I cant find any instructions on the rams, do they need setting up before bolting to the gates ( ie make sure both are fully out/in before powering up ?). It was late on Friday and we ran out of time. The welder bolted them up before i had a chance to check
