BFT DEIMOS open on power cycle

Hello all, I recently discovered that if the power is turned off/on on my bday Deimos sliding gate controller, it automatically opens.. which is a bit of a security issue. It does it when the gate is locked via the key/manual switch also.

I contacted the company who installed it (who don’t seem to know much) and they’ve said it’s  a setting. I’m very familiar with the programming menu, and I’m an electrician, but I can’t  find this option anywhere..

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Hi,

is it the Rigel 5 or 6 Panel.

OR 

is it a 24v motor which you may how not specified, if so is it a Thalia P or Thalia L?
