BFT E0S-C DOOR OPENER

hi... i a looking for some help regarding the above BFT opener. it constantly loses its programmed settings for opening and closing. i have read the manuals and have followed quite a number of online tutorials but to no avail. sometimes it lasts for a few days and sometimes its only a matter of hours.

either i am doing very stupid or the unit is faulty.

any help would be appreciated.

Hi Rob,

Is there a separate plug in board for the radio transmitters, or do you program it directly into the control panel?

Are there any battery back up programmed into the motor board, and have you had any power failures.

Do you have this controlling a garage door? and how long have you had the issue?
