Hi, my name is Mark and I am based near Glasgow. Just wanted to say a quick hello to all the forum members and to thank you all in advance for what will likely be my stupid questions! I've just discovered this forum and I'm amazed I never thought of looking for one before. I have several electric roller doors (keyfob operated) and a set of electric gates that were installed by a company in Chester about 18months ago. Their aftersales service has been pretty dismal, but I am happy with the gate (sliding cantilever). I've had some issues with the gate recently, so I'll make my next post on that to see what the experts on here think. Likely to be much quicker than trying to get hold of the supplier.
