Hi all, first time poster. I have a Pro900 all working ok. I have obtained a second remote which I am unable to pair. Its a model 81LM. Does anyone have any ideas on how to pair this? I know the routine but it just doesn't pair.

The remote you have obtained, is this exactly the same as the original remote you have on the system?
