5580GB not working...

I've just attended a customer's door which had stopped working. It is not used often. I had to use emergency release.

The unit appeared dead, not responding to either remote or hard-wired button. no lights on unit were on.

Checked 240v supply which was ok. The only sign of life was the safety beam LEDs were constantly on....

Any idea what to check next?
