BFT Urano ground loop

Heya, just been called to a BFT Urano system about 7/8 years old (from what the customer tells me) and when over the ground loop it wont open the gate, also when pressing the phob over the ground loop it wont open the gate, only when off the ground loop.
Any advice is appreciated |
