BFT alpha and loop

Hi dear friend, I have installed a BFT moovi which comes with alpha board, I also installed loop for exit , now when a car pass over loop door open when second car pass over the loop the door freeze hence I made dip switch on loop dedicator as delay 20 second while door has also delay of 20 second , this solved the issue temporary, I am new to gate barriers and I can see that when and order come while a door is opening period it stop the door and hang it does not go up or down and we need to use the remote any suggestions   I have attached the manual for reference
