Bft help please

Hi everyone, I've just purchased a property which has electric gates. It's a bft rigel 5. When I open the control box it says photo on the lcd display and no matter what settings I set it just goes back to this. Any ideas?

Photo means that the electric sensors are not working correctly, where about are you based?

Do you know what sensors I would need to fix this?
