Maximum distance bft A40 wire to the controller

Hey guys I recently came cross an installation of a swing gate bft A40, controller Zara board power by a solar panel. The controller is 80ft from the motor operators. I referred to the manuals to find out what is the maximum distance of the wires, I haven't seen anything bout the distance. Some of the problems are the swing gate not opening, if they do it runs very slowly. Can someone tell me what the maximum distance the wire from the operator to the controller should be.

On the system, the further the distance the bigger the cable to be used. This would be part of your voltage drop calculation. I would check your voltage on the system before continuing.
