ITS PLAIN GREY/BLACK AND SO ARE THE BUTTONS.
IT IS RECTANGLE AND THE LOGO IS A TILTED SQUARE WITH ANOTHER BEHIND IT

Sounds like a SEAV TXS remote (google it). If yes, it is a fixed-code remote emitting at 433.92 MHz and there are lots and lots of remotes that can copy it.
