p7 -45 Ram and Rigal 5

hi i have a rigal 5 with a p7 ram no mag lock or eyes on, had been working well and just stopped the control box is saying ER11 so bft tell me something is going to ground can anyone help the ram is only one year old if the p7 ram is us can it be repaired if so does anyone of someone who can do the job thanks
