Installing Carrida plate -i camera to ELKA Barrier

Greetings members, I have an ELKA 2500 Barrier parking system with elka MO 24 CONTROLLER AN MBT-70-76 TICKET MACHINE ANYPARK SOFTWARE ANYTOUCH SOFTWARE AND THE MZU WEBBASE SOFTWARE I would like to install plate-i licence plate recognition camera to 
the system is there anyone who is familiar with this system or can offer me some help to get this done
