PRGT-PP

Hi All.
I am experiencing difficulties trying to programme a new V2 Phox transmitter to a PRGT-PP receiver.
The manual seems straight forward press the SW 1 led lights hold down button on remote?
But its not learning it in. 
Is there a different sequence i should follow? 
I feel im missing something in my read on the light sequence.

Any help appreciated.

hat is the contract number on the back of the remote may I ask?
