Dear All.
I have the NICE IT4WIFI module.
Today the app for the phone stopped working from work i.e. remotely.
It works fine on wifi, but not on mobile data.
I have reset the module totally, checked the wifi connection, which is perfect . Reinstalled and deleted the app etc, and redone all the settings.
Not sure if this is some sort of connectivity problem with NICE and their cloud ?
Not sure if any of your other customers have reported it ?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated
